Application Part 1
In addition to the conditions of participation accepted during the regular registration process, top athletes who have been provided with a free entry place agree to the following conditions:
Before the event
Registration must be made at least 4 weeks before the event. After this date, registration is no longer possible without exception.
Top athletes announce their start at the Großglockner Berglauf at least twice in their own social media channels and link the Facebook and/or Instagram page of the Großglockner Berglauf in the post.
Top athletes follow an invitation to the press conference of the organiser if requested. If the press conference takes place outside the event weekend, travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Event weekend
Attendance at the top athletes’ race briefing, scheduled for Saturday at 16:00 hrs, is compulsory. Details of the race briefing will follow in the days leading up to the event. The briefing will be held in English and German. No start without attending the race briefing.
Participation in the race number raffle & autograph session
After the event
If top athletes receive free participant photos from the organiser after the event, these must be published on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). (min. 2 postings)
Top athletes commit to publish an event post-event report on their homepage.
