In 2009 there will be the 10th Grossglockner mountain race. In a few years this mountain run developed to the largest one in Austria and one of the most interesting in Europe. This event found its highlight in European champion ship 2005 with top athletes from 28 nations.

Insurance
Organizers do not take over any adhesion for accidents or damage during the training and the competition, also not opposite to third. Each participant has to provide for a sufficient insurance

Time keeping
Time keeping by PENTEK timing
Pentek timing with Champion chip; if you do not have a chip you get one with your starting number. Price Euro 33.- (if you return the chip after the race you get back Euro 30,--) Chips, which are not returned, are considered automatically as bought and can be used world-wide. The chip is not transferably to other persons.
WITHOUT CHIP THERE IS NO TIME KEEPING!
Companion person
We recommend to drive to the Franz-Josefs-Höhe immediately after the start, as there might be lot of traffic on the Grossglockner high alpine road. You receive a voucher for the free use of Grossglockner high alpine road together with the starting number.
